Have an issue with a property that needs attention?

Do you smell gas, burning or is there a fire at the property? If the answer to any one of these is yes, please contact the appropriate emergency services and leave the property if you feel in danger being inside. When reporting your maintenance issue in our contact form, please remember to include any makes and model numbers of appliances (These can usually be found on a sticker on the appliance itself, sometimes on the outside, or inside the door) aswell as upload a picture or 2 if it helps describe the issue.

Before submitting your maintenance request have you referred to your Welcome Pack manual? The answer to your issue may be contained in here Welcome Pack. By clicking on the ‘Submit Maintenance Request’ button, you confirm that you have read the ‘welcome pack’ and accept liability that a callout fee may be charged to you if a contractor is required to attend the property because of an issue deemed to be the tenants responsibility or due to their negligence. You also give consent for Kwiklet Property Services to pass your personal data onto the relevant contractor(s), who may contact you to discuss your issue or arrange suitable access.
