Have an issue with a property that needs attention?

Do you smell gas, burning or is there a fire at the property? If the answer to any one of these is yes, please contact the appropriate emergency services. This report Maintenance page is not to be used where you may be in danger or harm being in the property. Please use as much detail as possible when describing your problem. Please remember to include any makes and model numbers of appliances (These can usually be found on a sticker on the appliance itself, sometimes on the outside, or inside the door).

Before submitting your maintenance request have you referred to your Welcome Pack manual? The answer to your issue may be contained in here Welcome Pack. Please refer to this document in the first instance. Please remember you may be charged a callout fee if a contractor is required to attend the property because of an issue deemed to be the tenants responsibility or due to their negligence.
